Two new homes from a single Queenstown site.

Located in Queenstown, the Toni’s Terrace project involved subdividing an existing residential site to create two new homes.

Working through the subdivision process alongside the design and build allowed the site to be carefully planned and developed to make the most of the available land.

House A has now been completed and sold, with house B now underway. The project demonstrates how thoughtful subdivision and design can unlock additional housing while maintaining the character of the surrounding neighbourhood.
